THE Harmoni SPA
A Harmoni Spa is a completely unique concept. We will nourish your party or group with wonderful healing therapies such as massage and reflexology, group mind/body sessions such as yoga, Pilates or meditation, and inspirational presentations on a variety of entertaining, thought-provoking topics….all this,
- without leaving the city and driving for hours….
- without paying exorbitant spa prices….
- without having to re-organize your life to just ‘get away for a bit…’
Each Spa is totally unique to YOUR needs and desires. We will tailor it to your group’s requirements and take care of all of the details (topics, therapies, food, balloons…)
- Harmoni Spas are done either at Harmoni, your home, chalet, or business.
- Typically, they last either for a ½ day (3 hours), or full day (5 hours + lunch).
- Typically, they will have three components – one from each of groups (A), (B) and (C) below
- Any kind of group, big or small can be accommodated. If done at Harmoni, we recommend that your group be between 6-20 people.
- We have also done out-of-town Spas at chalets over two consecutive days.

WHO takes a Harmoni SPA Package?
- Stressed-out moms/dads needing a break – leave the kids at home on a Friday evening or Saturday afternoon and take time out for yourself to rejuvenate and regroup.
- Wedding or Baby Showers – 3 hours of pampering – just show up and we’ll take care of the rest!
- Girls’ Night Out

Pricing – Extremely affordable and covered by insurance.
Prices are based on content delivered, size of group, number and length of individual therapies per person requested, and any extras required (such as food, balloons, aromatherapy gifts, travel expenses.)

(1) Spa Chalet Getaway (full day event)
9-10am ~ The Magikal Body
10-11:30am ~ Yoga on the Grass
11:30-12noon ~ Deep Relaxation thru Guided Meditation
12-1:30pm Lunch
1:30-4:30pm Afternoon Therapies: Massage, Reflexology, Reiki (outdoors!)
4:30-5pm Chakra Toning and Closing Circle

Baby Shower (3 hours)
1-1:30pm ~ Energize and Empower with Breathwork
1:30-3:30 ~ Massage, Reflexology, Visualization, creating your Aromatherapy Bath salts
(We set up 4 stations…everybody gets a half-hour session at each station)
3:30-4pm ~ Closing Meditation welcoming Baby to planet Earth
