Awakening to Your Ten Bodies
You are aware that we have a physical body and may have heard about auras and electro-magnetic fields, but what are the other bodies? This workshop will give you the knowledge of what they are and how they affect you. We will practice meditation and a yoga kriya to awaken the ten bodies and your renewed experience within them. The workshop is open to all levels of yoga practitioners.

Yoga Breath Intensive
Raise your energy and calm your mind using powerful breathing-exercises from Kundalini Yoga!
Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Consciousness. It strengthens the ability to see and resolve the causes of negative emotions. It intensifies the awareness of inner desires and needs and enables to live the own truth in attentiveness and concentration.
In this intensive class we'll work on two breathing-sets created by Yogi Bhajan - the master of Kundalini Yoga -: one set to work on our lungs : energetically the lungs protect us from external influences like wind and cold, dryness and dampness. Bringing in oxygen and life force energy gets out any sadness and depression. One set to open our first chakra: which is associated with feeling grounded and acceptance. The sequence we do will strengthen your personal prime confidence and physical and mental wellbeing...

Yoga 101: The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
"This is the beginning of yoga. Yoga is the control of thought-waves in the mind. There man abides in his real nature."
So begins one of the core texts of yoga philosophy and practice . Through lecture, mantra, movement, meditation, and breath, we will examine Patanjali's prescription for understanding and transcending that which keeps us from seeing and knowing our true self. If you've ever wanted to know what this whole yoga thing is all about, then this is the workshop for you. Bring a cushion, blanket or towel to make for a comfy seat and a notebook and pen for note-taking.

Yael Gutner B.A. Psychology, Certified Holistic Health Counselor, A.A.D.P.
“Introduction to Hypnotherapy” will shine the light on Elman-style of hypnotherapy: one of the most advanced and virtually unknown forms of hypnotherapy that is based on discovering the root cause of symptoms, issues or problems. The advantage of this approach is that it enables complete elimination of symptoms, issues or problems, as opposed to illness management that is so common in today's Western medicine.
Here are some of the areas that hypnotherapy can help with: stopping smoking (that often works just by suggestions for breaking the habit, but once the emotional origin is uncovered, it is so much more easier to do it successfully); elimination of phobias or excessive fears (modern science assumes erroneously that we don't have the rational reasons for having excessive fears, but since the subconscious mind is controlling the long-term memory, by blocking the memory of the original cause, we end up having a fear and no memory of the reasons why-hypnosis is the powerful tool that can change that). Come and find out more.
René Dosen is a hypnotherapist, and member of the National Guild of Hypnotherapists. He has published articles and has regularly presented lectures since 2005.

Valuing one another, the power of appreciation
An NVC intro for couples
This evening workshop will present a most powerful interpersonal communication process based on Marshall Rosenberg's work with Nonviolent Communication (NVC). We will overview the principles and steps of NVC, while focussing on one of the deeply enriching practices it suggests, that of expressing gratitude.
Though gratitude is but one aspect of NVC, it is a powerful one, one that allows us to remember the fundamentals of why we are choosing to be together. It generates a strong foundation upon which we then can bring up things we don't appreciate. This can then be done in a safer environment, one in which we have basic trust that we matter for one another.
We are wanting to make this workshop both deep, meaningful and fun. Being a couple who have based our relationship on NVC principles and practice, we are delighted to present to you this most exciting tool that fosters both respect AND authenticity.
Eventually, NVC allows each person to move toward moment-to-moment transparency and an enhanced ability to listen with care and wonder.
This introduction may lead to setting up a couples' retreat later on.
Is NVC for me? For us? It may be, especially if…
- We have been recycling the same arguments without solving anything for a while;
- We are very nice to each other and our life has become dull;
- I have become nitpicky and exasperated about almost everything my partner does;
- I have trouble hearing what my partner really wants me to hear;
- There are taboos between us, things we just don't bring up anymore.
While I'd really like in my couple…
- To live fully the love I feel,
- To be true to myself while deeply honouring my partner,
- To be heard and accepted, and returning that to my partner
